We’re an Australian family business with distinct French flavour. Creative director, Freddie, is a Maitre de patisserie from the Centre de Formation in Dignes-les-bains in France. Our Chef de Patisserie, Suzi, has over 40 years experience in food with a passion for the sweets.

Together they create a unique high tea experience for you to enjoy in the comfort of your home.

Talked to Suzi about changing up the menu a bit to accommodate for my anaphylactic friend and she was so lovely about it! Lockdown is tough but with amazing businesses like this one we can brighten up our loved ones' days.
